What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice designed to ignite transformation. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover the healing power of the body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
About our Guest Artists:
Fredo Smiles ::
Multi-genre songwriter, DJ, and producer, he brings a conscious message of perseverance, shadow work and maneuvering through darkness to get to the other side. He is real, raw and inspirational in his message, an active community member, and a pioneer in songwriting for the Electronic Music industry.
Sophia Rayne ::
Sophia Rayne's music is a fusion of different genres, including pop, soul, and RnB, with spiritual elements. Her lyrics are introspective and poetic, with a strong emphasis on self-discovery, spirituality, and love. Her voice is soulful and emotive, conveying a wide range of emotions from vulnerability, strength and empowerment.
